I will start by saying the popcorn has a great flavor!In the 1st batch, nearly half the popcorn didn't pop. I have always been curious as to why the number of kernels that don't pop can vary from a few to many. I went online looking for information and inspiration. The answer is MOISTURE. When popcorn becomes too dry, the kernels don't pop. The information below worked when I tried it (I used a microwave popper purchased on Amazon) and almost all of the popcorn popped.From the University of Nebraska horticulture department:"If your popcorn is too dry, add one tablespoon of water per quart, seal and shake well twice a day for a couple of days. If a test popping shows the corn is still too dry, repeat the treatment."So simple, who knew?

My family loves to eat popcorn. I have a popcorn machine and have used this brand of rainbow popcorn for the past few years. i have never had a problem with this brand. I usually add a cup of this popcorn with a cup of yellow popcorn and the taste is out of this world. my autistic son loves it with just a touch of butter and salt on it. Amish Country Popcorn has made me a lifetime customer. I have never had a problem with their products and have never had to contact them to find out where the item is as they ship out in a timely manner. I suspect that if I did have a problem that they would be caring and understanding. True I don't know that for fact but it is a strong feeling I have for them. - thank you.

Title says most. Wish it were organic, but non GMO, and that's wonderful. Many corn products are GMO now. Tasty and not bland like so many plain white or yellow brands. Have purchased Amish several times before and happy with this !!

although was a higher rate of un-popped kernels, the popcorn popped quickly and tasted great. HOWEVER, maybe I'm crazy, but when you state RAINBOW blend or PURPLE etc. I would think that the popped kernels would be colorful. I wanted to make unusual popcorn balls for Halloween. The kernels where three shades of white. If chickens can lay naturally different colored eggs, why can't corn kernels pop in different colors??? Hmmmmm I should have read the reviews first. For the price, there are other brands I like better.

I gave it 2 stars bc it is, in fact, popcorn kernels. But that's all. The flavor is lacking, there are a ton of unpopped kernels, and the popped corn has an odd, stiff texture. As someone who pops her own corn several times a week, I thought I'd treat myself to some fancy corn. I'll just gladly go back to my grocery store brand white
