I’ve been using this watch for a couple weeks now and honestly it’s better than I expected. Setup was pretty easy and it synced to my phone without any hassle. I like that I can see texts and even take calls, the sound is actually clear which I didnt think it would be. The health tracking is the main reason I got it and it seems pretty accurate, at least compared to my home devices. Blood pressure and heart rate readings are close enough to trust for daily use. Battery life is also great, I get almost a full week which is kinda impressive. It’s not perfect tho. The screen could look a bit sharper and the charger feels a little loose sometimes. Also wish it had more features like glucose tracking but not a dealbreaker. Overall, for the money this is a really good buy and does way more then I expected. I would probly get it again.

Overall, a good product. It does everything as advertised. It monitors a number of bodily functions continuously and accurately. However, the icons that control all of the functions are a bit small. One thing that bothers me the most is the countdown timer which I use for a variety of activities from cooking to meditation. When the time expires, the watch gives a single short vibration. If you were not anxiously waiting for the time to expire, you can miss the vibration. A series of two or three short vibrations would be better. As for the activities it monitors, you have a wide range to choose from, and they can be activated on the watch. I like that activities can be added to the list displayed on the watch. However, it would be better if activities could also be removed so you only see the things you actually do rather than have to scroll through the lengthy list. As stated, it is a good product for its price point with many functions and options. The improvements suggested would make the watch even better.

This is a customer experience review. I had a problem with my fitness tracker. Emailed support on Friday and by Tuesday I had the replacement fitness tracker in hand. This is very quick and excellent support service. I really enjoy this tracker because it's easy to use, has many features, and it WORKS GREAT. What is even better is when you compare the many things it does for a very reasonable price. Add in the prompt response from the support team and this tracker is great buy. If you are looking for a tracker that works great and at a good price this is the one for you. I also like the smart phone app which allows me to view the history and track my fitness goals. I have compared its health monitoring and its spot on with the doctor's office.

Great watch overall. It works exactly as expected, has a nice size and weight to it, and feels comfortable on the wrist. The app is easy to use and syncs smoothly. Definitely a good buy.

I have been using this watch for a while now here are some things to note before buying it. 1. You need to download the app and bluetooth it to your watch however you do not need an account you can skip it if you don't want to make one which is nice. 2. The step tracker, and hear rate is off by a lot but that to be expected. 3. The weather app only works if you have the app open and connected at all times just having it connected to your phone with bluetooth is not enough. 4. You cant text off the watch it only shows messages you received when you have the app connected something you have to do every time you are away from the watch. 5. Sleep tracker is pretty good but hard to test unless someone checks it while you sleep. Summary: Its a nice watch for someone who wants to keep an eye on their heath the big issue is you have to use the app and set it up to use all the features and keep it connected all the time for it to work, you can also use custom appearance for the wallpaper that also changes the layout of the watch but you need to do it through the watch app but once you apply the wallpaper you want it will stay even if you lose connection to the phone. I got the watch when it was about half off and believe it was worth it at that price but not for full price 3/5 stars.

Only had the watch for a few days. Like the ease of using it. The video off their website helped with most of my questions I had. Don't know how accurate it is yet. See doctor later this week to calibrate for BP. I do know that O2 and beats per minute is very close. I'm a very skinny male very happy the band fits nicely. The only feature I haven't figured out is contact list to the watch. Battery life is just as advertised. Being 65+ the screen is easy to read. Nice and sharp. Watch didn't come charged took approximately 2 hours to fully charge. Im losing about 10% per day depending on how much I look at the screen of coarse. Haven't really used the fitness part or step counter as of yet. Once spring hits I'm sure I will. Doctor have been nagging me to keep track of most of the things the watch does. Down loads to the phone for ease to keep track of it all. Would buy again. Great starter smart watch. But next one if ever needed will be a higher end watch for the bonus extras

NOT GOOD AS ADVERTISED

I initially believed I was purchasing a Fitbit product, but it turned out not to be one. The watch required downloading a companion app developed and operated overseas, which raised data privacy concerns for me. Because of that, I chose to return the watch. I can’t fairly review its performance, but the device itself looked sleek and felt lightweight.
