Crawford's Bourbon Creams are a British standard, one of the older generation when it comes to the inhabitants of the biscuit tin. They are a reassuring sight when you crack open the tin for a spot of biscuit related indulgence. These delicious biscuits are particularly versatile in terms of their consumption - everybody has a different approach. There is much satisfaction to be garnered from peeling off the top layer of biscuit to reveal the layer of cream. Any true Bourbon eating black belt will be able to prise away the top layer whilst ensuring that the exposed layer of cream remains fully in tact. It's harder than it sounds.
