Very nice for the price.
yes the mounting screws were too short, that's very odd. you'll need 4 m6 20's. and you'll need a 2nd person to hold the handles as you screw them in. It looks very nice, the metal handles are a nice upgrade over the stock plastic. the plastic grill looks very good. my old one was pretty crusty. there were a few nicks in the metal handles but I'll touch up the paint and they'll look fine.

Customer Service Good
customer service was good. had an issue which they resolved. product was good however had to go out and buy longer screws.

Hardware to short.
The second I opened I thought hardware was wrong but figured I have the right hardware to make it work. Now why would you sell H2 hood vent with the wrong size?
