I need one for the left eye. do these come in pairs, or for one eye only?

I only use one. They come individually that you can use on either eye or both. I like the large and trim that t a bit

Are they reusable if taped and does the adhesive pull out your eyebrows?

Not reusable from practical standpoint. Adhesive is high quality but does not pull out eyebrows. Run large so buy smaller size. Highly recommended for Bells Palsy.
