This is an extremely high quality Drum Set which enables a music-obsessed teenager to learn in great detail how to play the drums excellently well. Because the whole kit is electronically connected, the sounds are heard through the player headphones and there is minimal noise (only quiet taps) heard by others nearby. It is relatively easy to assemble but takes a while due to the large number of connected parts,I am delighted with the superb quality of this instrument and my drum-playing grandson is very happy and completely satisfied with the ease of use of this drum kit, which is bothy great value for money and.contains a very solid beautiful metal set of footpads. The electronics connections are superb.I unhesitatingly recommend this drum ket to other buyers because it exceeds all my expectations and the those of the happy recipient and his parents

Years since I last played an acoustic set as I've never really had the room (or understanding neighbours). Decent sound and a fairly realistic feel - compared to the early days of electric drums. Just rebuilding my skills at the moment.

All arrived well packaged with lots of individually labelled boxes within a massive box. I'd advise having a lot of space to open everything and check all the components are there. Instructions on assembly are straight forward, and it's quite flexible how you can set it up (I like a floor Tom by my hi hat and a low ride in space of tom 2, so I connected tom 2 to the pole my hi hat is on). Comes with 30 pre-programmed kits, but you can build your own kit, adjusting sound, sensitivity, volume for each individual drum/cymbal. Can be a little tricky to figure out, but once you've done it, it makes sense. I put a really low note on my 2nd Tom which sounds just like a floor.Only 4 stars for a couple of reasons, but I was never expecting it to be exactly like an acoustic kit in terms of feel, was just optimistic.The hi hat pedal is delayed and has no graduation, it's either fully open or fully shut. The snare head is the same material as a tom head, kind of understandable, but you don't get the usual rebound. Headphones it came with were pretty useless, kind of expected that too but I paid for them in the bundle.One thing to be aware of when unboxing the kit with 3 cymbals. The 3rd cymbal is an addition to the standard kit, so component parts like the clamp, the cymbal itself are in different boxes to the rest of cymbals and clamps, don't panic!Also, this kit (10 piece instead of standard 9) comes with the usual 9 lead module connector. So an additional jack lead is provided to insert into the "crash 2 trigger" socket. I didn't realise this and was a bit annoyed. But I messaged the seller and they came back straight away to point me in the right direction. 5 stars for them.Lengthy review because I thought it might help someone make a decision. It's compact, it's flexible in layout (although I imagine people over 6' might struggle) but for the money and the play back options it's great. You can plug your phone in to the aux, headphones into the phones socket and play along to any song you want. For the money, it's great fun but if you're looking for a pro kit I wouldn't say this is the one.

Bought as a gift for my daughter she loved it I loved it the whole family loved it.Assembly was a little awkward but sorted it in the end.Build quality fantasticSound was amazingWould recommend this for parents that like the quiet.

Simple and easy assembly. DOES NOT COME WITH DRUM STICKS which I found to be a little strange seeing as they are the most important things for drumming. Sound quality is great and the controller has so many different styles and settings.My only complaints are the lack of drum sticks and the 40 free lessons they offer, as the app you need to use only lets you play free for 5 minutes per day, you need to buy a subscription to play for a longer time

the mesh pads allow you to play as you would on a real drum kit unlike those hard rubber drumpads these mesh pads are very responsive and its easy to assemble the picture of the drumkit is to scale so its easy to work out which parts goes where i quite enjoyed building it lol

I knew that when I bit the bullet to get an electrical kit that I wouldn’t be 100% satisfied but needs must when living in a semi. The kit works fine for making sure I can get practice in and jam a long to songs but it definitely isn’t perfect so be careful you don’t get too used to playing it. It’s not very responsive if you are to speed up a little round the set and try and alternate between the bow and edge. A side from a slight lack in quality with the responsiveness… the kit works fine.

Having not played in over 20 years I decided to get back into drumming recently after recently finding the love again. And this kit was perfect, does everything I need and more, plus with the headphones I don’t disturb my wife 😁 highly recommend!!!

Bought this for my daughter as a starter kit to try out drums. Very impressed. Easy set up. Had her jamming in no time.

I bought this drumset solely for the purpose of using them for rock band 4 pro drums using a roll limitless adapter. They were quite easy to set up and I made sure to test the function of the drums through the supplied headphones and was quite impressed. Although I have never owned a drumset before, this is my first. With them being used for rock band, I had to switch around the setup and the plug ins but once I got it all figured out, they are awesome and work perfect for what I wanted them for. The tom/snare pads feel great and are very quiet. I am very satisfied with this purchase.For those using them for rock band like I am, an added feature that i discovered is that the hihat pedal functions as a double bass which is a feature that I didn't know until using but with still probably eventually go with a double kick as the feel is much different.

There is nothing bad I can say about this set or Donner support…setup instructions very very detailed and made it a breeze - took about an hour total to put together, which included me positioning each drum and cymbal to my likingSound is terrific and love the variation of drum kits, which are very distinctive - I use their included headphones, which are high quality, occasionally, and then also plug into my soundbar when I want to play along with a sonDonner support is excellent and very responsive to questionsI decided to purchase another crash cymbal, and am taking advantage of honing my skills with the Melodics aOverall, I rate this drum set very high, and a price which is very reasonable for an electronic drum kit with all its featuresUPDATE: the module lacks proper defining in the manual, and ive had to msg the manufacturer to see how i can store the drum kit i want as a defaultAlso if you add a second crash and are using melodics, msg them to have them add to the automatic config
