Adapters work fine but the lower volatage of the batteries may end up disappointing
I bough these so that I could use my rechargable Eneloops in a kids toy that needed C cell batteries. The batteries fit in the adapters really well, however slightly disappointingly the power supplied is less than impressive and the toys run slowly. I think this is due to the batteries themselves supplying a lower voltage than regular C or D cells.

The only one you should buy
I first bought the chinese knock off version here on Amazon. Big mistake because they don't work well with Eneloop batteries. So I ordered these real genuine Panasonic Eneloop adapters and they work flawlessly. Highly recommend those!
