Ridiculous product that I was naive enough to buy. They want you to put water in pin size holes and expect that to fill up all the bubble areas inside. Have fun waiting an hour for that to happen. Water will be spilling out the sides and doing everything possible not to get in the container. After trying to transport the Genie to the freezer and spilling all the water out that I just aged 20 years waiting to fill, I place the lid on where a small tidal wave flows out the top. Two days later I was excited to check my cubes and low and behold, it produced about 10 small ball cubes. These were smaller than marbles. I promptly added them to my beverage and within 5 mins, they melted. There is nothing "Revolutionary" about this product. I feel like there is a small camera watching me and laughing at me.

SUCH CRAP it's funny. The ice cubes melt as you are removing them, I'd say they are maybe the size of a small flattened pea? No instructions. As other reviewers said, not even as big as a pop can. Save your $$. I bet after I have filled it up about 8 times, I'll have enough ice for one glass.

I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Should of read the reviews. No directions. I YouTubed it to figure it. Tiny little half pockets to create the ice, if you get the water in the right place (on the outside of the plastic insert, between the insert and the silicone) it just crumbles it's slivers.. I filled it almost all the way up, including the insert your supposed to leave empty, i have a feeling it isn't going to break apart now..

Biggest waste of money ever.

Straight garbage. This thing is TINY. like other reviewers have said, its about the size of a can of coke. I paid $12 for this hunk of garbage and now its $5. I wouldn't pay $0.05

This has to be by far the most idiotic purchase I have ever made! Please do not waste your money on this! If you take any plastic bowl or cup and fill with water - put it in the freezer for a few hours - you have a big chunk of ice. Absolutely the same thing this contraption does! It does not make ice cubes - it makes about a quart of ice - big chunk of ice that still has to be broken up to fit in a glass or cup. I feel really stupid for ever falling for this in the first place. Horrible product! Use your old butter tubs and get the same effect for free!

Don't buy it!!! The inner cylinder didn't even have a bottom!!! It was also cracked 3/4 of the way down. So the water just seeped into the inner chamber without filling the outer!. So I filled the whole thing figuring I can just take out the inner ice chunk and still have the cubes in the outer rim. HA! I couldn't remove the inner ice chunk, it was all stuck together and impossible to separate! I poured warm water on the outside and it all came out in one chunk. What a catastrophe! After reading the reviews after the fact, it would not have worked even if it wasn't cracked. Luckily I only payed 7 dollars for it and wrote to refund it and they want me to pay shipping and handling! What a joke! I was so disappointed and it took almost a month to get here. I should have read the reviews before I bought it. Oh well, I'll just chalk it up to experience and remember to read reviews on a product before buying it.

Nothing but junk.It Had pin hole in it and water continually leaked into the center cylinder.I requested a refund.They needed copy of label that came with it.Unfortunately it went in the garbage as I had informed them.Never heard from them after.

The ice cubes are too small and disenigrate whithin seconds
