VFD 2metre extension cable & box for keypad control panel Huanyang inverter accessory

It arrived on time and is working fine. I would have like to have had an option to chose a shorter cable length, two meters is awfully long when I only have to go two feet. But too long is better than too short.

Bought 2 - BOTH CABLES DO NOT WORK< DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANYI would GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF POSSIBLE

Just a standard ribbon cable and of good quality. The plastic box is necessary to mount the display remotely. The plastic molding is pretty rough but looks good to the eye where it counts. You may need to do some minor trimming for proper fitment.

Did not fit the VFDthat I bought on Amazon. Also had 2 female ends on the cable rather than 1 male and one female.Returned it.

Bought this to move the VFD controls outside the NEMA box I plan to mount the VFD in for added safety.[Curiosity will not get the cat in my shop.]This is a holder for the VFD control panel that will allow you to mount it in a sheet metal panel or enclosure.You will need to remove the 2 screws securing the front panel and unplug the original cable from the VFD.[Don't be like the guy complaining about the cable lacking a male end to connect to the existing cable.][This cable completely replaces the original.]Pros:Works extremely well for what it is which is a protective shell for the controller and a bezel thatwill clean up a sloppy cutout in a panel.Cons:Based on the pictures I thought that this was a complete surface mount box and I'll still needto add an enclosure to properly mount it.

Definitely used. A lot of superficial scratch marks on the display holder but shouldn’t effect function. Cable appears to be new.Still 100% functional but would be nice to be told it was a recycled part.

I was going to wire the VFD to run off Mach 4, but this was a quick simple fix to move the controls up to a easy level to turn on and adjust speed. Worked out perfect in my situation.

I needed this cable to move the control panel on my VFD to the front of my CNC router as part of a front-panel upgrade. It fit perfectly and has worked without problem since installed.
