This set of dent repair tools (mainly rods) are mostly for internal chassis body shaping where you 'hammer' out the dent from the inside. I'm surprised it didn't include suction or glue puller to fill out this kit which is very common tool to pull most dentsIt's still a good set to complete my car repair kit to fix dents in hard to reach areas - like under inside the door panel where I can't get access to

This kit has a decent variety of bars with strong yet somewhat flexible shafts. The hand grips are soft and offer decent grip unless wet. Same goes for the rest of the kit. Hammer has decent give to the soft end and smooth but crisp edges and tips are easily changed with same quality.This is a good kit for beginners or for DIY'ers.
