Bought this rear fender to replace an easy on/off plastic fender from a German company that failed because the plastic piece bracing it against the seatpost snapped. Not only is the RBRL fender less expensive, but it also has a much smarter, more robust solution for gripping the seatpost. This is a fender built to last. Goes on quick and detaches easily. I highly recommend this fender.

This mud/water guard is exactly what I was looking for. Way better than Ass Savers brand. The quality is far superior for the same price. This came with 2 sizes of spacers for different bar sizes. It clamps right on my lower seat post. I have a dropper post and since I have my seat adjusted up it doesn't interfere with the dropper function at all. The quick release is clutch. I installed it today and since it is dry out I was able to take it off with ease! It's ready to reinstall, no further adjusting necessary. FYI this bike has 29" wheels. The only thing I wish, is for them to make multiple colors. Yellow to match my pedals would be awesome.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Wanted fenders to keep the dirt and water off as much as possible. These gave style and wallet friendly prices. Durability: These fenders definitely hold up! They have held up with bunny hops, slides, drops, and even went for 50 miles without coming loose! Be sure to firmly tighten and also be sure to fit the inner cylinder to your MTB if it can take these. Fit: Going into fit, there are solid cylinder pieces with the front fender, be sure to check the fit and make sure your MTB can accept those. The rear fender didn’t fit my bike with my carrier system but that’s okay, found a different carrier with a similar fender and it worked perfectly! Design: The design is perfect and give a good length, the flexible polymer made me feel uneasy at first but that’s okay because they still held up perfect. I would prefer something that covered more of my tire because if there’s water on the road or dirt, some still gets through which isn’t a big deal but a little more curve to cover the tire more without interruption of the operations to the MTB would be great! Color: The black and grey works with my MTB and I love it! However, for other customers, I would recommend giving options of other colors such as blue and silver or black with white or red with black or black with red, etc. So definitely would recommend various colors.

Very easy to install and provides the tire coverage I wanted.

My fork (trek no shock absorber) hole has a tapered hole in the bottom. When I used the quick release I had to bend the metal piece that holds the 2 front fenders to get clearance for the tire. On the first ride the fender fell off because of the tapered hole in the bottom of the fork. I ended up cutting off the front fender and cutting and drilling the bracket that holds the rear part of the front fender. I attacked it to the fork with a screw and was not able to use the front part of the front fender which doesn’t really prevent spray anyway. Now it works great. The back fender easily attached as advertised. If you buy this with a non-shock more conventional type fork plan on doing some modification, especially if you have rim brakes.

This product is great for me, I have installed it to my full suspension mtn ebike, it fits perfectly, no tools needed, just snap right into the bike frame front and rear, look sporty just like motorcycle. I have not tried to ride it yet to see how sturdy is.

I love these fenders. The quick release is great for taking them off with you don't need them. Mine are on an electric bike, so the front fender protects my battery from getting drenched.

I biked about 5 miles to work through a city that gets a fair amount of rain and this thing worked OK but broke within a month. Also it was bulky and cumbersome to put on the bike. Just get one of those plastic ones that folds into the back of your seat or spend some money and get a good one

Passform für 29 Zoll: Oft sitzen Universal-Schutzbleche bei 29 Zoll etwas knapp. Dieses Set passt hier jedoch wie angegossen und deckt den Reifen optimal ab. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis & Lieferung: Der Versand war blitzschnell (wie von Amazon gewohnt am nächsten Tag da). Für diesen unschlagbar günstigen Preis habe ich ehrlich gesagt weniger erwartet – die Qualität hält locker mit teureren Markenprodukten mit. Fazit: Wer ein günstiges, qualitativ hochwertiges Schutzblech-Set sucht, das ohne Werkstatt-Ausrüstung im Handumdrehen montiert ist, kann hier bedenkenlos zugreifen. Klare Kaufempfehlung!

Fits Giant Cyprus2 XL bike. Only gotcha was the rear fender I had to raise the seat stem up a bit, but that works for length of legs better than where it was at.

Très surpris de l’efficacité de ce garde boue arrière. Je l’ai monté sur un vtt semi-rigide, hardtail, endurigide, en 29’ et avec une tige de selle télescopique. J’ai roulé dans la boue, j’ai fait une vingtaine de sauts (1m50-2m), passé dans des pierriers. Et celui-ci n’a pas bougé, pas de bruit et m’a exceptionnellement bien protégé comme vous pouvez le voir avec la photo de ma banane qui est exposée directement à la roue arrière et généralement toute pleine de boule. Très bonne qualité des plastiques, le serrage ne bouge pas ! J’ai déjà recommandé le produit à mes compagnons de ride.
