this is the most popular game with the kids. It's made well and adorable.

We bought this for a party for our 4-year-old grandson. Only adults could succeed in hooking the ducks. The ducks are brittle plastic snapped together, and immediately started taking on water and sinking. The hooks are also brittle plastic, and when the children's hooks got tangled and they tried to pull them apart, the hooks snapped off. Good idea, bad product. At least Amazon has such a good return policy!

This will work perfectly for what we want but after reading the other reviews, I knew the ducks would be nearly impossible to 'catch' even for skilled adults. We bought floating plastic rings that are reasonable to catch at the $1.00 store to use with this adorable little pool. The rods and plastic 'hooks' are equally adorable and would entertain little ones with enough supervision to keep the rods in the pool and not swinging around at each other. You can let them 'fish' without water in the pool to build up their dexterity. Exactly as described, arrived promptly and well packaged.

Really cute idea, pictured way larger than actual item. No way two children could stand beside item received and have room to fish. Rods were used one time and ends broke off.
