So much fun!
Overlap is one of those games that looks straightforward until you start playing, and then you realize how clever it is. The rules take only a minute to learn, which makes it perfect for family nights or getting a group started quickly, but the strategy keeps you hooked. Every round feels different because you’re constantly trying to outthink the other players without overcomplicating things. I’ve played it with just two people and with a full group of eight, and it works surprisingly well at both ends. With two players it feels strategic and tight. With more players it turns into a fast, funny, slightly chaotic brain workout. I can also see why it’s a Mensa recommendation—the game really does make your brain fire without feeling like “homework.” The cards are sturdy, the design is clean, and rounds move fast enough that nobody loses interest. It also fits easily into a bag, so it’s great for trips. If you’re looking for a smart, simple, replayable game that works for both adults and families, this is a winner. It also makes a great stocking stuffer because it’s small, affordable, and universally fun. Highly recommend if you like games that mix quick thinking, light strategy, and lots of laughs.

Great gift
Shipping was so fast. I needed a really cool, last minute birthday gift for my 10 year old nephew who is very into academic club, stem, card and video games. This box was approximately the size of a regular deck of playing cards. It has bright colors and graphics. I loved that it allows for group play and is educational. The value for money was excellent as it will allow for lots of playing time. It also doesn't take up much physical space for storage. The quality is better than expected. The game is learned quickly and you can progress in your skills by playing it often. It's also a Mensa award winning game as a bonus. Highly recommend it for the young genius in your life. Lots of fun too.

Great family game that is easy to learn!
Our family has really enjoyed this game! It is a huge bonus we can play up to 8 people, though usually we play with 3-4 players. It is a fun game that has some strategy, but does not require so much thinking you cannot have conversation during it. Super easy to learn and play!

Great Game
The creators say this is a simple game; it is AND it is FUN. Lots of options on your turn to play. Very clever concept. Not many games can play 8 people. This can. We enjoyed it immensely.

Fun card game for family night
Overlap is a winner for family game night. It’s incredibly easy to pick up and play, making it perfect for both kids and adults. The gameplay definitely reminds me of Uno, involving matching and strategy that’s fast-paced and engaging. It provides that same kind of lively, competitive fun that makes for a great family activity. My only note is about the deck itself: the cards are smaller than standard size, and a little harder to shuffle which is something to keep in mind, but it doesn't detract from the fun. This game is a must-have for a quick, enjoyable game night!

All around a great product!
This game is so fun and addicting! It is similar to Uno, but more strategic in my opinion. I’ve played the game with my 11-year-olds at least a dozen times now. They learned it quick and they love it! A 2 player game is more strategic and requires more patience and time. The cards are about the size of an uno set, the instructions are on the cards in the box with a QR code for video instructions. The cardboard is not thin and they would take some force to tear. Overall this game is well worth the money and is a great addition to family game nights!
