Good product overall, but one fan has a recurring motor issue!
We purchased four of these ceiling fans, and three are still running well with no issues. However, one fan has developed the same fault again after we already attempted to have it fixed. The issue seems to be with the motor cutting out or stopping, which makes the fan unreliable. As the other three units are working properly, this appears to be an isolated fault with this particular fan rather than a general product issue. I would appreciate it if the supplier could contact me to help resolve this, either through repair, replacement, or further troubleshooting. I am happy with the other units, but this one clearly needs attention.
