Arrived on time in a vastly oversized box (Amazon take heed, it doesn't matter if it can be recycled. You simply don't put a duvet cover in a box suitable for a microwave oven!) Has been washed first as per instructions, good heavy cotton, washed well on 60 degrees and looks great as per photo.

I have returned this, not because it is not good quality but it was not suitable, the pattern was to bold for the room.

The one I received wasn't the same colour as the picture. The purple hearts were red infused with dark pink instead but I liked it anyway and kept it. The bedding is good quality. I washed it before use and it irons fine with a steam iron. I don't understand what the pictures represent but I don't care because the colours lift my room. Only problem is I might need to get new curtains now!
