perfect for my needs.
I used this PSU in a small form factor build, based around a JONSBO NV10 mini ITX case. It fit perfectly, and the cable connections are fully modular. The cables themselves were flexible enough to route in the tiny case without too much difficulty. It seems stable and not noisy, and provides adequate power. Note that with most power supplies that I'm accustomed with, the listed power rating is the total of the 12V rails. In this case, the power output on the 12V rails is "only" 396 watts, not the 500 advertised. But it is indeed 500 watts total among all rails / voltages. Not an issue for me, but figured I'm mention it if someone's trying to run a high-TDP CPU and GPU. My only complaint is I had a hard time getting the screws to grab thru the case to the PSU. They're the standard size screws, but for some reason didn't seem long enough. I was able to connect 3 out of the 4 of them, so it's stable enough, but thought I'd mention it.

Great Power Supply for a BC-250 Build
I used this power supply in my BC-250 build and it worked perfectly. The compact ITX size made it a good fit for the build, and the fully modular design helped keep the wiring clean and manageable. It has had no issues powering the system and has been reliable so far. Definitely a good option if you're looking for a compact power supply for a BC-250 setup.

It gave me the additional power my components needed!
I purchased this PSU to replace my stock 275 watt PSU. I felt that it was burdened with what I had it connected to (Intel i7-7700 Kaby Lake Processor, MSI GeForce RTX 3050 LP 6G OC, CORSAIR Vengeance 16GB RAM, etc.). This 500 watt PSU was a good choice for what I have. It was not a like for like fit in my case as some slight modifications were necessary (see included pics). After it was installed and powered up for a time I could tell the air coming out of case fan was cooler which meant the the old PSU was working very hard as well as the components powered by it and perhaps even slightly under powered.

NOT RECOMMENDED
Spend more and get something better. I have seen these praised on YouTube, so I gave it a shot. Lasted long enough to load the bios screen and then it died. Bought a flex guru psu and has been rock solid.

Probably the best itx psu
Works, is slightly noisy, doesn’t get hot and is pretty good for price to preformance

Will fit smaller cases
The PSU measures 165.6mm long, but because it is modular, it fits perfectly in my JONSBO NV10 case, which specifically instructs to use PSUs no longer than 150mm. One seller on another platform selling a similar PSU told me that his PSU wouldn't fit my case, yet mine has been working flawlessly in that case. And I can't stress enough the benefit of using modular a PSU in a SFF build - you don't have to cram unnecessary, unwieldy cables in very limited space. For SFF PCs, fewer cables obstructing airflow means fewer overheating-related troubles in the future. The PSU has been stable and quiet powering a SFF build with AMD 9600X and Nvidia RTX 5060LP for more than two weeks already. I will come back to update the review if things change.

Upgrade for OptiPlex 3060
I purchased this PSU to upgrade the unit inside my Dell OptiPlex 9060 tower. It didn't fit exactly, but there was enough room. It came with all the wires, minus a Dell-specific power adapter, so installation was a breeze. It's also powering a RTX 570 GPU. Overall, its a small, modular PSU with almost no noise and very little heat output. All the connections are secure and it looks nice inside my case, even if it's just loosely hanging around in there.

Small quiet and works
I have bought 2 of these now and has been running 2 of my mini servers full time without issues. One of them has 4 hard drives attached and has no issues. I was skeptical at first but I am very impressed. There’s only a small tiny fan cooling it, it is a little warm to the touch but it’s quiet and doesn’t seem to get hot enough to cause issues.

Apevia ITX-PFC500W Mini ITX/Flex Power Supply
I was surprised how well this power supply works. I needed a flex P.S for my mini itx case, and this fit in there perfectly. It's a modular P.S, has a small cooling fan inside but it's not noisy, very silent. I am using this for a HTPC build, just for 4K movie playback. It may be a little noisier if you're a gamer and really pushing the power supply. I don't know about the longevity of this P.S, but so far it has worked really well.
