I'm sorry that there was only one thing wrong with this; unfortunately a rather crucial one - the neck was not long enough or my work surface was too deep/thick [altho' I think it is standard]. It is a pity that more dimensions are not given on 'Amazon' or on their own web sites; very few do, but it saves the problem of returns. This one looked fine.

I was a bit dubious at first on opening the package but I must say works farm more efficiently than the one that was present on the washbasin when we bought our new house. Works smoothly and looks lovely.
