After my Mom passed, we put together a collection of photos for distant family members. After sending everyone flash drives drives, I learned that my 90 yr old uncle couldn't see them. I hadn't thought about internet/pc access for him - but he is not tuned into techy things at all. This device was perfect! Once loaded, it doesn't require internet/wifi to view. I transferred the photos to the frame and my uncle only had to plug it in to see the slide show of his late sister's photos & he was so happy!. East to load, easy to view & lots of storage. Our collection included over 200 photos and a few short videos - my only regret is that I didn't think of using this frame earlier.

Stopped working after a month. Actually would never load more than 10 photos. Contacted customer service and they said they could not help. I am updating my review. Customer Service recently reached out to me and refunded my money. This integrity makes them worthy of a second chance. Thank you, Uhale for listening.

Bought for my mom for Christmas. Easy to set up. Easy to add other people who can send pictures to the frame. I loaded all the pictures before I gave it to her. When she turned it on she immediately started crying. Great gift! I am probably going to buy more. Pictures all looked really good. I think I will set up a shelf with one frame per each kid, one for vacation photos, one of extended family and one for me and my husband!

I purchased this photo frame for my grandparents. The set up and sending photos to the frame was initially very easy. The product description says that it came with 16GB of storage space, however, after sending very few photos I was unable to send photos to the frame because of insufficient storage space. I reached out to customer support and received an automated message that I would receive a response within three business days. That was on March 13th, and I have not received a response. I have also sent follow up messages due to the frame disappearing from my account so I was no longer able to access them, and a recent issue that I am still unable to send photos to the frame because of storage, however, photos are no longer appearing on the frame itself. The recent issue was as of today, however, I have yet to hear back from the company regarding my initial issue.

We love this frame, ordered another one for in-laws. Very easy to use and to upload pictures and videos. Like that you can adjust volume for videos. Lots of features.

Bought this for my daughter for Christmas last year and honestly forgot all about it. We went to her house a few weeks ago and it’s set up and she said it hold a lot of photos and works great. It was cute seeing their photos change across it. Very clear photos and she’s had it for a year now and it’s still working like day one!

I love the size, clarity and the ease of use, however when I had a problem with the unit starting tech support wanted a CC number before they would talk to me about a 2 week old unit.

Gave it as a gift! Great gift idea. I’m still enjoying the one I purchased for myself.
