Great product
Proper heavy duty kit that's relatively easy to assemble

assembly was relatively smooth and easy, took about one hour to tighten all nuts and bolts up after initial lose fitting. it's an easy one person job, just take a little planning on how to get the right pieces together first for a one person job, otherwise, two people would have cut the assembly time down to 45-minutes. the instructions were very straight forward. hung the bag, gave a good work out, used the dip and pull-up, no issues, no wobble, very stable. a very nice addition for the home gym.

Excellent exercise station and heavy bag stand - Well-designed and straight forward assembly. Arrived on time and in excellent condition. Parts all seem to be of very high quality. Haven't had it long but it appears to be very durable. I think this is a tremendous value at price point and highly recommend it. I've been around for a long time and seen a lot of different equipment and this one ranks very high as far as quality and effective use of space. I would highly recommend it. Thanks.

Overall a very satisfying purchase. Like most of us, I came straight to the reviews to see both positives and negatives. Here’s my take: Pros: - Very solid construction and once assembled (~1hr to assemble) you know it’s built to last. Definitely does need about 150lbs of stabilizing weight with my 100lb heavy bag hanging (2x25lb plates on each front peg and a few sandbags on the back legs). - It’s also a good height to the ground for the bag and plenty of room for kicks. - Dip bar works well and is spaced well. - Started to us my heavy duty resistance bands on this to mix up my routine and really am digging that. Very solid for most cable-style movements if you get creative on band placement. Check out Amazon pull up assistance bands for more resistance weight. Cons: - Like some other reviews, the pull up bar is wide U shaped and forces you to do really wide grip pull-ups without anyway to vary your grip. For me that’s a huge miss. A wave bar or even a straight bar would’ve given me much more use. A bummer. - Back push up bars are a waste. Just make them weight pegs or anchor points for bands or something. - I wish the vertical bag held the bag out further. With heavy strikes the bag hits the vertical bar and adds unneeded wear on my bag. Not likely to do anything until 500,000 strikes but still something I notice. Overall if you’re like me an want a basement or garage stand and can’t hang it via an I-beam, I’d recommend the stand. Would still buy again.

I've had a power tower for over 10 years and used it for dips and pull-ups constantly. Then I tried a boxing gym and knew I had to get a bag at home. Unfortunately for me, my home gym (basement) isn't that large. So I swapped out my power tower for this and am a happy camper! Assembly was a piece of cake and the construction is rock solid. Maybe it'll start squeaking in a few years, but after a couple of months of use, this thing is still solid. The grip bars for both dips and pull-ups are fatter than my previous one and they don't come with any sort of grips/foam covers. I'm used to them now but if I had to pick a con, that'd be the only one. Towers like these are hard to find and choices are limited, so I was basically buying whatever I could find. This turned out to work out very well. Toss in a bag and weight plates and you're all set!
