Bait and switch
Order arrived quickly. Unfortunately, the item did not match the picture on Amazon or the item on the box. I was supposed to get the diamond pattern brushes. I got the generic unmarked brushes instead. The quality is not up to par with what they promise. They need to update the pictures to reflect what toothbrushes are being sold. Additionally, these generic toothbrushes are missing the brand name, another tipoff that these are inferior.
