the piercing bump solution is amazing!!! i bought this may 29 for a couple of bumps on some of my healing piercings. i’ve never had a bump before and all of my other salines and cleaners were not getting rid of them. the solution got rid of the bump i had so quickly!! i have been using it twice a day and its june 29 and i swear its also healed my piercings more. they were struggling really bad and now they’re not bleeding, crusting, painful, and the bumps are all gone! i’m gonna keep using it and buy another bottle. haven’t tried the gel because i don’t have any use for it rn but im sure it works great too!

This stuff works! So I got my industrial pierced and the healing was going well but 2 months after the piercing I started to get this huge red bump on the inside of my ear surrounding the opening of the piercing. It looked like a huge red mole growing out of my ear! I ordered this stuff and used it religiously every morning and every night for like 3 weeks straight. At first it was bleeding and scabbing up allot but it did start to reduce the bump significantly. Now it’s like it was never there ❤️ which I’m extremely grateful for, I truly didn’t want to take my piercing out or have to get surgery to remove the bump. No lie I was borderline panicking because I noticed it right after watching an episode of Dr pimple popper where she had to remove these huge keloids from a girls ear, that started growing after she got her ears pierced. Would highly recommend! Also, make sure you stay consistent and use it every morning and every night!

Best product to have! You will see results within days! Just have to be consistent.

I had my inner conch pierced in October of 2024. It took a little over a year to heal. For the first several weeks, I used the saline solution from this company only. However, I kept getting small bumps behind the earring (on the front side of my ear) . I began using the bump solution and gel multiple times daily and the bump disappeared. I discontinued usage after a few weeks. However, since the piercing was not fully healed, the bump returned after several weeks. I resumed usage of the gel several times a day and it went away again. Again, thinking my piercing was closer to being healed, I stopped using it after a month or so. It still was not healed and after irritating the piercing again, another bump appeared. I started using the gel and decided I would continue until my piercing was totally healed. Even after my bump went away, I continued to use the gel at least once a day until March 2026. It's finally healed, no more bumps, no keloid, no scarring.

I was wondering if this really worked before I bought it. To my surprise after about three weeks of using it, or maybe less, the small keloids from my ear started getting smaller. I was really surprised but, HEY! it works. Still putting it on to see if it goes away completely.

Applied it religiously (missed some days here and there) a couple times a day and bump disappeared. I had re-pierced my nose two times before to allow the bump to heal until I finally found this product. Comes with oil and gel.

Although it does help with irritation bumps it most definitely does not help with keloids maybe to make them somewhat smaller but not fully make them go away.

I would definitely recommend this!! Omg I had a huge keloid right on my cheek.. I have my cheeks pierced and gain a keloid.. It kept growing n growing very big n had lots of fluid in it.. even if I pop it will grow more.. I tried the spray and drops that supposed to help with it.. But nothing was happening.. I tried it for weeks but it was just getting worser and worser.. Until I gave this a shot.. Just the gel itself helped me so much.. I still kind of have it but not as big as it was 2 weeks ago.. I would definitely keep buying this product.. I almost removed my cheek piercings but I said I wasn't going to give up until I tried this.. N it was the best decision ever! I'm so happy.. Because the other things weren't helping much.. The gel itself is the one I would definitely keep getting it saved me from embarrassment too.. Those keloids are horrible looking.. This is the only product that has helped me the best results.. I honestly haven't recommended a lot of things but this one for sure.. It does gave me lots of relief and it is soothing.. Very effective. Great quality especially how affordable it is.. Worth my money.

Non posso essere certo al 100% che questo prodotto faccia miracoli, ma mettendo questo prodotto insieme a una pulizia accurata (anche togliendo e rimettendo) del mio piercing il mio cheloide è sparito! Per quello che costa tanto vale provare!!!

Je ne recommande pas du tout ces produits qui sont beaucoup trop irritant pour un piercing en cours de cicatrisation. J’ai développé deux excroissances suite au pierçage d’un daith. Désemparée j’ai longuement cherché un produit qui pourrait aider à la cicatrisation mais l’application de l’huile et du gel de Base Lab ont aggravé l’aspect des excroissances. Ça brûle et pour cause, ces produits contiennent des huiles essentielles ce qui augmente l’irritation du piercing. C’est tout l’inverse de ce qui est recherché, à savoir de la douceur! Passez votre chemin si ne voulez pas aggraver votre cas.

Ich hatte sehr krasses gereiztes Wildfleisch an meinem Bauchnabelpiercing. Seitdem ich das Gel benutze ist es wird es immer und immer besser. Ich. Habs gar nicht erwartet. Dauert zwar einige zeit aber es hilft wirklich gut :)
