I ordered this to help save my back. I ordered the blue but was surprised it was appeared black, but upon closer inspection it is very dark blue, not as bright as the picture- a minor observation. I was fairly easily able to download app and connect to wifi. I got it up and running in no time and I am far from tech savvy! It was pretty quiet and had good suction. First run it picked up a lot of dirt from places I had a lot of difficulty reaching and filled up the dirt cup. Easy to empty and ran it again the next day using a different pattern since the random one I used on the first run was all over. Some dirt filled the cup. I’m very happy with the vacuum and the battery life. I am having an issue with it finding its base to recharge but I think that where I placed the docking port is not as far from furniture as recommended. 60 inches. We will move it to a better spot soon after I repair a non working outlet. All in all a great value for the price and a solid choice for my first robovacuum. I love the ease of using the app on my phone as well as a remote. I need to try the mopping feature again as I had no luck the first time. I think I didn’t put it in correctly. But even without mopping it’s a great purchase! Update: I tried the mopping feature and got it working. I think it was me not aligning the water tank in properly because it is now working great. I love that you can adjust the flow from low to high. I also found that you can do the same with the vacuum suction. This works even better than I imagined.

This is a great robot vacuum. It is very easy to set up. It is a nice size. It has a little higher profile so does not go under some furniture which is what I was looking for. It is quiet compared tot he other one I had. I have not tried the mopping but I did not buy it for that option. The docking station is small and you can stick it any place to hide it out of plain site. It is worth a try. Price is great. I have it in Blue, love the color.

Okay, this thing blows me away. Picks up all the dog hair, which is such a blessing after my friend with a Corgi visits! That breed SHEEEEEDS. In fact this thing works on overdrive. The vacuum and options (especially manual for us that may be a bit overbearing lol and others). Bonus, the app will let you add third party to it i.e. Smartthings so you can control all of your smart gadgets in one app. The "mopping" is you put water in a compartment you pull off the front and it kinda leaks it out while a removable, washable, smallish pad gets - I've not tried any cleaner to be able to comment on that safety - but I'd say you're going to have to keep an actual mop of your choice. But for everyday little missed drops of water, etc that would be okay. To get to the vacuum container, you open the lid and push a lever on the container and it pops up very easily, then another plastic lever to open it, again very easy. Holds a decent amount, picks up more than I thought. I at this point have nothing but good things to say about this. #WINNING Oh - those little bristles DO get the corners, if they have the space. Also gets right along the wall. Great suction. It's a nice size with a discreet charging doc. You'll need wifi. A+++ Check out my video and pics for a video and pics.

Still love this, great little vacumme

I love this robot vacuum! Still going strong after 9 mos. I like that it detects walls and slows down before reaching them. The brushes do a great job sweeping along the baseboards. I have 2 thin, washable rugs in the kitchen but the vacuum will not go over them. It usually gets stuck, so I just remove the rugs before I start the cleaning cycle. The waste bin is easy to remove and simple to empty, and I love that the filter is washable! I have a small house with main living area of approximately 900sf. The vacuum will run for 1 to 2 hours, depending how much debris it's detecting. Sometimes it rolls onto the base of the cat tree. I thought it would get stuck but it detected the surface was unlevel, backed up, redirected itself, and went in a new direction. I don't use the app, so I can't review that but the remote is handy to start/ stop the machine, and change the vacuum patterns. I never get an error on the vacuum unless it runs over the kitchen rug or a cat toy I forgot to pick up. I love my vacuum!

Very disappointed. It started malfunctioning by circling and going backwards after one year of use (purchased 12/2024). I followed all the booklet suggestions to troubleshoot and none of them worked to fix the issue. It worked well with good collection until it didn’t. I would not recommend due to short life.
