DIY Hand & Surface, Mix-It-Up Wet Wipe Kit, (50 Viscose Dry wipes X 6 Canisters), 300 Wipes

I am on the journey of a chemical free home. I have always used chlorox wipes and wanted to make my own with Young Living Essential oils and Thieves cleaning products. The containers are perfect size and great to make your own chemical free wipes. The wipes themselves are a little smaller and I end up using 2 of them compared to the one Clorox but I am okay with that!!

I might have saved a little money. The main reason for this purchase was to make my own mosquitoe wipes, which came out awesome. They would be great for baby wipes and hand sanitizing wipes too. Not for cleaning. They are not sturdy enough for that.

These wipe kits are a great idea, but buying dry wipe kits should cost less than other pre-packaged wet wipes. There are a total of 300 wipes in this kit, making the wipes about 9 cents a wipe.The kit includes no guidance on how much solution to add, so I suggest starting with small amounts and gradually adding more liquid to find the right saturation. For glass cleaner, I found that 175 ml (about 3/4 cup) of solution was about the right amount of solution to dampen the towels without making them sopping wet. For glass cleaner, you want enough solution present to break down any residues, but you want it to dry without residue, so other cleaners may call for more solution.The towels are made of a nice viscose material, so they are durable and can handle scrubbing. The wipes are, however, small. My hands are much larger than each towel, so it's hard to prevent your hand from touching whatever surface you are cleaning. For glass, this makes these towels difficult to get good results, since you're constantly making contact with the glass and your oily fingers. For some solutions, this may not be a deal-breaker.The box includes nothing except the tubs and the wipes. There are no instructions or labeling material included.

Made my own essential oils thieves wipes, love the idea. Wipes are sturdy but a little small.

These are great for ppl that like to DIY their own chemical-free wipes. I will buy more when they are back in stock! The container is solid white, I insert this container into a brushed satin dispenser for my kitchen countertop. Little did I know when I ordered these that wipes would become hard to find item. Right now they are proving VERY useful, my husband is an essential worker and keeps a container of these in his truck to help fight COVID and keep him/us virus-free.

My timing in ordering this product couldn't have been better! I wanted to have DIY wipes using castile soap and essential oils for kitchen wipe-ups, as well as general purpose wipes. As COVID-19 started spreading in the U.S. and various supplies became hard to get I already had these on hand and was able to adjust my recipe and use effective and less toxic wipes. The refills will be great! Remember to throw in the trash NOT flush down the toilet.

These are the worst wipes I’ve ever purchased! They tear as soon as you touch them. I poured a disinfectant solution into the container, and it dried up within an hour. Poured even more solution, and it dried up again. As pricey as this is, it should be of way better quality. Disappointed cause I needed this and everywhere is out of stock on disinfecting wipes. Returning.

Great price compared to other companies for this DYI project. It uses much less liquid then I thought would be needed. Added 75% Alcohol and had my own disinfecting wipes.
