Not the best
It really didn’t help me sleep at all. Didn’t change anything. I am sure it may help some people but not me. I do have sleep issues and was hoping for a great product but it didn’t work for me.

I Love These Protection Stickers, You Can't Have Too Much Protection These Days...!
I put the Protection Stickers on My Cell Phone, My Hubs Cell Phone, The old Cell Phone I use for listening to Audio Books, My 2 Computers, My Hubs Computer, The microwave, the Air Fryer and the Water Heater. The stickers give good protection for the bad electric waves of bad electric vibes. The stickers have real good adhesive, I believe in these stickers.

How to determine if stickers actually work?
It would be nice to have a gadget or something to measure how these stickers actually work. With the bombardment of so many pieces of technology that uses unseen signals, these stickers should have some sort of color-changing process that would indicate if these harmful signals are elevated or not. I guess, I will have to hope that these stickers are doing what it's supposed to.
