It works very well for vasodilation, gives insane pumps at the gym! it tastes so much better than blue raspberry in my opinion and mixes like its not even there. dissolves perfectly. excellent price per oz! two scoops is enough for a decent dose to see noticeable effects. 2g of L-citrulline per scoop. so to get minimum effective dose of 4g, two scoops.
