InstantRail 5-Step Adjustable Handrail (Black for Concrete Steps)

This rail was very easy to install and looks great. Only reason for 4 stars is the covers for the mounting brackets are cheap plastic and not sure if they'll hold up if bumped. They are also quite loose, so may have to silicone them on to hold them in place. Other than that, the rail itself is a well made item and quite sturdy and looks very nice.

Was scared to buy a handrail online just because I couldn't put my hands on it first, but I'm very pleased with it. I'm a big man and had knee surgery and the tail is great

Love these rails. I installed 8 of them into concrete and all were perfect. They seem stiff and permanent enough. I snapped one bolt (my fault), requested extras and they sent me some. Really great customer service and a very well designed product. Thanks!

Very easy to install.

Some of the parts I was sent with my InstantRail do not match description & do not fit the railing I purchased. The trim pieces are too small to go over the rail at the base. In addition, they are made of flimsy plastic rather than the advertised "Heavy Gauge Powder Coated Aluminum". Hoping the seller will send the correct pieces and that they are as advertised - not plastic. We had to discard the junk screws that came with the kit.UPDATE: the seller sent me all the right pieces and it was an easy fix.Rail looks good and works exceptionally well for a fraction of the cost a local wrought iron company wanted from me to install something similar.
