I will never not take these!! My first night I slept like a baby. I started with only one and I slept so good. I stayed at 1 for a week and then moved to two as recommended. Iver been taking them for a couple weeks now and I definitely feel more rested. Im a 38 year old female who's had a child and definitely have some hormonal issues that prevented me from a good night's rest. These helped. The size is good, they are easy to swallow, you can't beat the price. Highly recommend.

I've used Bronson supplements in the past and I consider them a trusted brand, so when I was looking for magnesium glycinate I decided on this product. I am taking it to improve sleep and to help muscle recovery/soreness as I lift weights. This definitely helps with both of those for me. When I first took it I will say it did cause some stomach upset but I knew that could happen ahead of time. After that one time I didn't have any further issues. I also was very happy with the price. I will keep ordering this, and recommend it if you are looking for the same. Quick update as some weeks have passed, but I have to say WOW this helps with my sleep way more than I anticipated. Taking 2 at night and I am out like a light. I am not a great sleeper to begin with and couple that with perimenopause which makes it so much worse, but this magnesium gives me the deepest sleep I've ever had. I will say that with that, come some crazy dreams which I read could be due to the longer stage of REM sleep you get into. I do wake up slightly groggy but also I seem to be having some of this deeper sleep in the early morning hours. I'll have to wear my smart watch at night to track that, but overall I am so very happy with the results!

I’ve been happy with this magnesium overall. It’s easy to take and convenient to keep in my normal supplement routine. Nothing revolutionary about the product itself, but it does what I need it to.

Helps my anxiety, helps my sore muscles from Fibromyalgia, and helps me sleep at night. Makes me slightly groggy in the morning for a short time. I take it twice a day. This and l-theanine is helping me greatly as I taper from prescription drugs.

As someone who has a very sensitive stomach with a history of ulcers, Bronson's Magnesium Glycinate formula is fantastic. Unlike multiple other brands I have tried online and retail, this is by far the gentlest on my sensitive stomach. The Magnesium Glycinate formulation is chelated for enhanced absorption. My doctor indicated I was low on magnesium and recommended I also take it in the evening to help me sleep. Compared to other brands, the calming and sedative effect was enhanced by it being chelated for high absorption. I am not a vegan or vegetarian, but it is nice that this supplement is for those who are. I don't have a gluten or soy allergy, but this supplement is. I am impressed with the high absorption and effectiveness for my needs. Tablet size is average and easy to swallow. I was actually impressed to see a customer service email address and phone number on the bottle. I take a number of supplements from other brands and wasn't able to find contact information. I don't know if I would ever use it, but it is nice to see a brand that offers support. This is my first time trying the Bronson brand but having that contact information give me the feel that the company stands by its quality. Highly recommend this supplement.
