Don’t trust the size given.
This was supposed to be for a hundred pound dog. This won’t even fit a 30 pound dog. Very disappointed!

Best Purchase this Year
This has added so much convenience to including our dogs in our weekends and travel. Very good size. Simple to use, and very sturdy. We have two toy fox terriers ( 11 1/2 lbs and 6 lbs )and they both fit in nicely with a little room to move around and stretch their legs. I can pick up the whole thing with them in it and set them in the back of the car. I just lock the wheels and it is a travel crate. When we get where we are going I just pick it up and hook it up to the bike or put the stroller handle on and off we go. Great product.

Not as expected. But it is ok.. ...
Not as expected. But it is ok...This said it would hold up to 60 pounds. I have 30 lbs leggy Italian greyhounds. One fit in there ok, but I was hopping to have them both in there. Also, I had to fix the handle plastic fixture since it was not padded in the box. It was broken when I finally removed out the box. I opened this after the return expiration, so I am keeping it to use for one of the two get too ill to walk.

Not Good as a Stroller
May be good for towing behind a bike but not for acting as a stroller. The front wheel unlike the two rear wheels is just plastic. This makes for an extremely rough and noisy ride. Why they didn't use an inflatable tire on the front is beyond me. The larger size, Croozer Dog, does have all inflatable tires. The stroller handle is very low. I'm not that tall (5' 10") but I had to bend over to push the stroller. Also while the floor space is adequate for a dog of 25 lbs, the head room isn't. My dog could not sit up or get on all fours. So if you have a very short dog and plan to just pull behind a bike it may work. Otherwise pass.

Crooze with your puppies
I use this doggie trailer to tote my two cocker spaniels to the beach. They fit in pretty tightly, even though they are smaller than the average cocker. One weighs 20 lbs and the other 24 and they can lie side by side but there is no room between. They are able to get up and turn around and sometimes ride looking out in opposite directions. You will not be able to pull this in soft sand. You might be able to use it on hard sand but I have never tried it. It does add appreciable weight to your ride...you know it is back there. Of course, this is relative to the weight of your pet. If you buy this, put a towel under it when assembling so you do not damage the nylon cover on rough surfaces. This is very expensive but since it is designed for animals, it is what you need. I tried to adapt a child's bike trailer and found that it would not work, especially since it did not have a rigid floor.

My dog loves it!! BUT beware of tire axle loosening.
We have a 12 pound Havenese and a seasonal home on Sanibel. We go everywhere on bike and wanted to take our dog. We considered putting him in a front basket, but this made the bike unstable. The Croozer mini trailer is just the right size and easy to pull. The trailer can also be used for groceries as well. It was easy to assemble and folds flat for storage. We highly recommend.UPDATE: After using the mini trailer for 4 weeks, the left tire (viewed from the rear) spun off while on a bike ride. The axles both have right handed threads so the left tire axle will want to loosen as you ride and the right tire axle will want to tighten. The left tire axle should have a left handed (reverse) thread (like bicycle pedals do). I contacted Croozer and their engineers are aware of this design flaw. There is no fix at this time. They recommend checking the tightness of the axle before every ride.

Arrived broken
Item arrived broken. Bracket that holds stroller handle function was broken upon opening. Bracket made of plastic. A metal one would have made more sense. Also, cotter pins easily slip out of holes- bad design. Waiting to hear from company on replacement bracket.

Awesome
I bought the Mini Croozer for my dachshund terrier mix who has a bad back and cannot truly "take a walk" (one that leaves the neighborhood)The mini croozer is awesome! He loves to ride in it, he can see what is going on every where and it keeps the over zealous little guy from jumping out when he gets excited.THe mini croozer is very well made. The only thing I find a tad annoying is that the front wheel is plastic. It would be a bit better if it were a real tire (like the rest)I have yet to use it as a bike trailer - (it is still a bit cool out for bike riding)
