How can I refund this
The media could not be loaded. Clean but it’s not loading the disc ,been loading for over an hour

Great, but…..
Very happy with the product, came on time and the PSP was as clean as could be and the case is great and charger. The only issue was the battery it came with. I charged it upon arrival, played it for maybe 2-3 hours then it died. After that I couldn’t charge the PSP, the battery was fried. Was luckily able to order a new one online but I was a little disappointed that the first day I play it, it dies. But that’s only one thing wrong and getting a new battery was cheap. Overall happy with my purchase.

Do not buy !!
I bought this for my son for Christmas & when we received it it will contact to WiFi . After researching it we learned due to be old it will not connect to 5g internet. If you buy this you can only play the games you buy . The play store is also no longer available either.

Looks great but works poorly
The down Dpad doesn't work. I hit down on dpad and it goes left. It's so bad I can't play games or go through menu. Please send new one or refund please.... I was really looking forward to this psp.
