This company has the best customer service I have ever experienced. Unfortunately this product did not suit my needs. Very well made but for my type body possibly from distended stomach due to medical issues it was uncomfortably , doesn’t pull back shoulders.

I have poor posture that caused a painful muscle spasm in my upper back. I tried pain rubs, creams and medicine. Nothing worked for more than a couple of hours. This worked the first day. With this back support on, my repetitive job caused me no pain and I had been in pain for a year. I could wear it for 5 hours with no irritation, no problem at all. I wore it again today and it was fine for the entire 6 hours. The straps to not have to be tight for it to hold the shoulders and back into good posture. I love it and hope it works as well for others too. I just recommended my sister get one and she ordered immediately.

Unlike the photos, the secondary, smaller straps are attached to the large waist band. They are not up on the back piece. Therefore, it does not fit as it should. The smaller band should attach under the bust to straighten out the back while pulling shoulders back. As it is, the corrector doesn't fit properly. It is also difficult to adjust. The shoulder straps are a nightmare to adjust. As a woman I make them smaller...then have to deal with the agony of trying to get the thing on. I have ripped rotator cuffs in both shoulders. This doesn't exactly make it easy to raise both arms at the same time to slip on the corrector. If the shoulder straps were easier to adjust, it would be easier to put on. But they aren't. Not a good buy. And, you cannot wear this without at least something to cover the area it touches. It gets hot in the back. The straps hurt under the shoulders and the 'sliding' adjustment buckle wears out your armpits. i had high hopes. They were dashed.

I have been using this posture corrector for about a month now (wife purchased for me) and have been very happy with it. I have been wearing it a couple of hours a day in the mornings and the effect is immediate. Shoulder are back and down in the correct position for a while. The more consistently I wear it the longer the effect lasts. It has also been helping my lower back which I have had problems with. It is snug as some reviews have stated. But that is by design in order to put your shoulders and back in the proper position. I am 6ft tall 210 and it works for me.

I've been wearing the posture corrector to the office and it has reduced my back pain significantly in the last few weeks. I'm a big sloucher so I like this design because it keeps me from slouching when I'm sitting in front of a desk all day. I've even noticed myself sitting with better posture on days that I don't wear it. Some of my co-workers decided to try mine out after I told them the difference I felt, and are now thinking of buying it too.

I hate to give a bad review, this looks like a good product but it is very small, I can't even get it on, I read down to where it said one size fits all and didn't finish, so I am not blaming this on the product or manufacturer, it looks like a good product, but it is useless to me. I need a contact number so I can return this product or I would exchange it for a 2x size. Like I reported I am not blaming the manufacturer for this, it is my own fault for not reading entire description. Please send contact information so I can be reimbursed or trade for a 2x product
