Lid doesn't fit and falls apart in your hands!
I was really excited to get this mug because I have a few supplements/oils that I have been using in my coffee and stirring it constantly is needed. It arrived quickly but everything from the packaging to the instructions were in Chinese and the lid doesn't fit! I used it once and the outside of the cup started breaking into pieces and then the handle which holds the button to make sure the motor (tiny white plastic piece) turns broke off. Horribly made!! I caught it before it made a huge mess.

Disappointing
The blender piece is like a little magnetic capsule.. it doesn’t even blend/mix .. wasted my money on this .. the only plus is the size of the cup!

Not as advertised
Description said 15.2 oz but it only holds 11 which isn’t big enough for my kcup coffee. And instructions are only in Japanese!!!

Wow! The power never came on. I think they sent me a used one or they are just running scams on shop-a-holics. Then it fell apart magically after 1 week. The directions were in Japanese.

Durability
Other than having to have battery changes multiple times this was a good product

Terrible Product and Materials
The materials are cheap, you cannot even wash it because it gets scratched. I do not recommend this product to anyone.
