I’ve gone through a few desk mats, and my biggest pet peeve is when they arrive tightly rolled and take forever to flatten out. This one was a pleasant surprise—it laid perfectly flat right out of the box. Pros: Instant Flatness: No curled edges or heavy books required. It was ready to use immediately. Great Size & Quality: It’s large enough to accommodate my full setup, providing a smooth, consistent surface for both my keyboard and mouse. Non-Slip Grip: The backing holds very well on my desk. Even with a lot of movement, it doesn't budge or bunch up. Premium Feel: The material feels high-quality and durable, not like some of the thinner, "foamy" mats you sometimes find. Cons: None: It’s exactly what I was looking for. The Verdict: If you want a high-quality, large-scale desk mat that stays put and looks professional from day one, this is a perfect choice. No complaints at all!

I bought this brown desk mat and I really like it overall. The color is exactly what I was hoping for, an actual true brown. I’ve ordered other “brown” mats before and they showed up with a reddish/burgundy tone, but this one is the perfect brown and matches my setup so much better. It looks and feels nice, and the size is great. It fits my keyboard and mouse comfortably with plenty of room, and it makes my desk look more put together. The only downside is that it arrived in a box that caused the edges to be a little warped at first. Even with that, it’s still a really nice desk mat and I’m happy with it.

I previously purchased one of the "letherette" style desk pads of which there are many available here on Amazon. That first pad was the same length as this KTRIO pad but was a bit deeper (31.5" x 15.7" versus this mat at 31.5" x 11.8"). The PU leather mats are cheap for a reason: the edges are unfinished, any creases from shipping will never come out, and the edges may curl up slightly after time on the desktop. For a couple of extra dollars, this mat, while a bit smaller, is far superior from a quality and appearance perspective. This KTRIO mat's slimmer profile happens to work just fine with my 13.5" laptop. The micro-weave cloth surface has a far more premium look and feel when compared to PU leather and the mouse tracks exceptionally well on this surface (to be fair, tracking is very good on the PU leather surface as well). What differentiates this mat from the PU leather mats is quality. The edge stitching is robust, does not allow the edges to curl, and and gives the mat a premium look. The rubber underside keeps the mat firmly in place on the desktop. When you unpack it, you'll notice it has a nice weighty heft to it (the PU leather mats are lightweight which isn't a positive in this case). The mat arrives rolled up in its box so, to speed up the flattening out process, I rolled it back up but in the opposite direction (underside facing out) and put it back in its box for about an hour. Then I unrolled it on the desk and it was basically flat. There are no visible creases and, importantly, the gorgeous stitched edges stay perfectly flat on the desk surface. This mat is well worth the extra couple of dollars over the cost of any of the PU leather mats; it is far superior in terms of appearance, quality, and comfort (and no creases or curling!). If you use a wedge to incline your laptop as I do, the front edge of the laptop will be sitting against the cloth-weave surface which will not scratch or abrade the laptop underside. Over time, the PU leather will wear away at that front edge (just take a look at the plastic slide pads on the underside of your mouse to see the wear marks from a PU leather mat surface).

great gaming pad

Bought two of these, one for my keyboard & one for my mouse. Already a year into using this mouse pad, and it is still looks new (Could probably return it for refund). All jokes aside, I must say this is a overall great gaming mouse pad. It is comfortable for my hands, offers the proper amount of resistance so my flicks are on point 90% of the time, does not slide around my desk, super durable. Although it is not perfect. Wish it has a bit longer in length, so I can move my mouse a bit higher up. It is also a bit hard to maintain clean from dust and skin oil, but that does not really matter to me as it is easy to clean with a damped cloth. Overall I recommend to anyone looking a XL mouse pad.
