Sock poi are fun for beginners and essential for advanced spinners working on moves such as hyperloops and tangles. Our socks are made from a durable and slightly stretchy fabric. Each set comes with a large opening in the middle of the seam which makes it easy to pop in any type of weight that you like. You can buy just the socks and add your own weight, or you can buy socks and a full set of practice poi. This last option is great because when practicing, you can easily switch between spinning your sock poi and spinning your practice poi. Holding Your Sock Poi: Pinch the knot with your thumb and fore finger. If the sock poi are too long, you can take a wrap or two by spinning backward circles, stick your hands out and let the socks wrap once or twice around the palms then pinch again.
