This font was released in 1927, and is built on the geometric forms of the Bauhaus movement, the epitome of modern. The numbers are engraved through the paint into the wood, leaving the natural maple color to show through. This is a silent clock. You will not hear a sound. The wood wall clock is cut from locally harvested hard maple. It is a high quality wood that is used extensively in the cabinet manufacturing industry. This modern wall clock is 10 inches in diameter, and about .75 inches thick. The clock movement is recessed into the back and has a keyhole slot for hanging. It will hang flush against the wall.
