Comfortable but perhaps not that accurate/reliable
Battery lasts me about a week, there's no warning the battery needs to be charged so you're best bet is to see how long it lasts you and then charge accordingly or charge every couple days.I had no problems with the signal until about a week after using it, maybe it was due to a low battery but it worked for 2-3 more days after this, when it would drift on it's own. So with sufficient power it drifted which isn't a big deal for surfing/general use but gaming/photo editing it isn't good enough.I got a couple more days of use by switching it off when I knew I'd let the computer sleep in 1/2hr or so.My final result I'm going back to a wired version of the same mouse, I like this design more than the modified version that came a few years after I initially bought this kind of vertical/ergonomic mouse but there is room for improvement, just not what 'evolved' as this 'old' versions successor. Until I decide to cut and hack up a custom version that is suited to me this is the best ergo/vertical mouse for me just with a wire because wireless is a pia either with batteries or the drifting/who knows when it dies and I have to resort to an old school crap mouse while it charges.

all within easy access of your fingers
Despite its very unusual shape and design, using this mouse came almost as second nature to me. I put my hands around it and everything just slipped into place. I had no idea how to click it, but I just did what seemed natural and it worked. It really doesn't take any real getting used to. It has a left and right click, a scroll wheel, as well as 2 extra buttons for forward and backward, all within easy access of your fingers. The mouse is really comfortable for me - I have rather large hands. Other mouses usually give my wrist pains, but this doesn't. It's very comfortable and a lot more natural to handle than other mouses. However, the clicks are extremely loud. The loudest I've heard on a modern mouse. It's kinda annoying. And while I don't accidentally click the back or forward button with my thumb, bumping the mouse into my laptop sometimes causes an accidental backspace.Designed for right-handed use only. I can use a typical mouse with either hand, but it's very difficult trying to use this mouse with my left. This mouse would be perfect if it were quieter. I absolutely recommend.

Awesome mouse, ridiculous charging cable
The mouse is absolutely great. It feels good to hold, it's much more confortable than regular mice, it's very responsive and so far the battery lasts ong enough (yet, despite the description of the product not stating the clearly, it's rechargable!).I only don't give it full 5 stars because on the charger cable. Nowadays it's bizarre for a device to come with an USB cable that is not fit into the device through a mini-USB or regular USB, but through a particular round connector. This makes the cable harder to replace if you loose, but even more importantly, it forces you to carry one extra cable in your backup when you expect battery to run out (for example, when travelling). If it used a common miniUSB-to-USB cable like all non-Apple cellphones and almost all devices, it could be easily charged with this only cable you carry around for all devices.

It's just ok
Don't expect to find any "readable" instructions. The tiny "manual" shows a tiny pic of buttons that I can't even read with a magnifying glass and is not even for this mouse. It says insert batteries and has no compartment, but is sent with a cord which has a plug (like in earbuds-like) with a USB plug on the other side. Does it get plugged into the wall or computer to recharge? I looked for answers at DigitalPoint, but find none. On the bright side, I needed a mouse, got one. Although it's not really very comfortable, it works better than my old one and doesn't hurt my wrist any more or less than the old styles. Would I buy another? No. I may update my feedback if I get proper instructions and/or if and when it charges. Hope I don't blow it up putting it the wall charger.

Trying out a new position ;^)
I do like the way it holds the hand in a good position. I had daily pain in my wrist before switching to one of these at work, but now it's minimal. it's a little small & I'm a lady, so it might not be appropriate for larger hands. My fingers completely cover the buttons & extend a little over the front edge when my 'thumb crotch' is right up against the mouse. The use of it was intuitive & not unusual-feeling at all. An easy transition from a regular mouse.

I love the mouse in terms of what it does for my again hand! Design is very comfortable and has been a help in recovering from a tendinitis in my thumb caused by a mouse pad on my laptop. I have several (one at work and two at home), and one has broken already requiring the use of the wire, as opposed to being a rechargeable unit. Will see how the other units hold up before I reorder or try a different brand.

Surprise, Surprise
No instructions are in the box so it took me a moment to discover that the small USB cord that was in the box is for recharging the mouse.Being rechargeable is a nice surprise. No where does it say anything about that in Amazons description. So far the mouse seems to be working ok. Time will tell how long that applies. It will take a while to get used to the different hand position but I think I will like it after a few days.

Was not expecting much for the price but I was pleasantly surprised. I searched for where the Batteries went until I realized it was rechargeable. I don't remember seeing that in the description. I charged it once and it has been over two weeks since needing to charge it again. I bought two and have one at work the pain in my arm has gone away and the ergonomics definitely work.

The product would be perfect for only if it is a bit smaller
1. The product would be perfect for only if it is a bit smaller. I read the review that the mouse is small and since I have small hands I decided I will purchase it. But it is still a bit too big for me.2. The overall design is very comfortable and easy to use, but it is definitely not built with the high-end quality material. Definitely worth the $16 though.3. I LOVE the fact it doesn't need batteries and can be charged via USB.UPDATE: I lost the charging cable there is no way I could charge my mouse.

Feels better for my wrist pain
I plugged it in and it works! Feels better for my wrist pain. Was having problems doing the knocking motion but it actually stopped hurting two days later. Not sure if that's a coincidence but it's what happened. I tried it on different surfaces, my desk, my bed, my jeans, on my tablet (glass). Cursor moved!

Works great! Bought one for work and another for home
I bought this to use at work to help with carpal tunnel pain. I have small hands and it fits quite perfectly. It definitely alleviates the carpal tunnel pain. I bought a second one for my home office.

Disappointed.
Cheap, uncomfortable, not worth the time. I thought I'd try one, but would not recommend this brand.
