Great use for crabbing buoys
I bought these for a crab trotline. I'm using old SUV brake rotors for anchors which may not be the best anchors because they don't stay put the best. However, not to worry with this as a buoy, after my anchors moved to deeper water than my anchor line was, this buoy didn't submerge at all, made retrieval a breeze. Plus, they are super easy to write your name, phone number, address, Fish and Game ID#, etc. Blew up with a bicycle pump before i got in my boat and easily blew the air back out for storage after they dried. I had considered rigging up my own buoys from empty Tide bottles, but seeing how great these worked, I'll spend the money and buy more if I ever want more lines.

Great product - Swim Buoy
Love it! It is very visible on the water and appears to be serving its purpose- which is to alert boaters on the water to be alert and watch where they are going. It’s even slowing some down. I want them to be aware that see that we are swimming and playing in the water.

Easy to inflate
I had to laugh at the reviews that said how difficult it is to inflate these bouys! You remove the white plug and use any inflation device you have. Piece of cake! Very excited to use these to keep high speed boaters away from our swim area.

Good value bouy
I’ve used them for bouys to define our swimming area at the lake. Good visibility, good size, good value. Durable- the sun will finally get to it after 8-9 seasons.

Durable and Affordable
I used this to hold up a leaf net that we stretched over our swimming pool in Atlanta. It remained inflated all winter and prevented the leaf-laden net from sinking in the water. It worked so well, we bought two more to add to the pool next fall.

Don't buy. Mystery needle size.
Bent two needles trying to force them in to inflate. Doesn't tell you what kind of needle to use. I have several for everything from basketballs to boats, none of them fit. You would think a one off needle size requirement would necessitate a reference. Also, not a solid handle. Hollow, so don't expect this POS to last. Finally, the white valve with the hole on the bottom, isn't a valve, IT'S A PLUG! Pull it off and no needle needed, there's just an open hole. Fill it up and put the plug back in. For the frustration and the cheap handle, it still gets a single star.

Five Stars
Worked perfectly after I figured out how to inflate.

eh ok.
Seems to be ok. Not very thick material. I'm curious to know how well they stand up after a full season in the water.
