Mr. Pen- Retractable Bible Pens, 8 Pack, Assorted Colors Ink

I ordered these pens to take notes in my new journaling Bible and I'm very happy with my purchase. They write precisely on thin Bible pages, dry very quickly, and have nice vivid colors. Even the lighter colors show up well. They are non-bleed, which is a must with thin Bible pages, they have a fine point at 0.7mm, and they write very smooth for a ball point pen. The price is very reasonable, especially with the number of pens you get and the variety of color choices. The construction is quality and smart looking with a nice non-slip grip. The clicker is solid, and I don't anticipate these pens turning into the half deploying pens that retract at the worst possible moment. I plan on purchasing these again, but I will update if anything goes sideways.

The pens are quite colorful and write very well. The ink flows smoothly and the pens are very precise.

What a great product! I use these pens everyday when reading and making notes in my Bible. The ink doesn’t bleed through but it will smear if you don’t let it dry. All the colors are easily seen and the pens write well. I highly recommend them!

I absolutely love these colored pens. It helps me keep each section of my lecture notes, highlighted and separate from the next days. I usually pair them with erasable colored pencils. My only issue is with the orange pen, that in my experience seems to always run dry much quicker than the rest.

These are the absolute best pens I've found for journaling in my Bibles -both my journaling Bibles (which has higher quality paper) and also my One Year Bibles (which the paper isn't that great). There's sometimes a little bleed through, but nothing like other pens. The ink also doesn't cause the writing to develop an eventual halo like other pens (Bic, papermate, and zebra). Totally planning to buy some to give as gifts.

My hubby gave me a brand new study Bible for our anniversary and the pages are extremely thin so I was very cautious about underlining in it for the first time. I bought these gel pens because they said that they will not bleed through. I decided to try them out on regular paper first. They did not bleed through and I touched the ink immediately after writing each word and it did not smear, so they are definitelyfast drying. Just like traditional gel pens, each one had a little plastic tip that had to be taken off before the pen would write. It's like a tiny little clear dot on the end of the pen. So I scribbled on a used envelope to get that part cleared before I tried them out. Writing on regular paper worked well and it did not show through so I tried it out on my new Bible and I was very pleased. the green is not as bright as I would like it to be, but the rest of the colors are very bright and vibrant. They work perfectly for underlining in my brand new Bible with super thin pages and the ink did not show through on the other side. I love that they have the push button top like a ballpoint pen so you don't have to deal with losing a lid. they have a pocket grip so that you can clip them onto a notebook and if you lay them down on an uneven surface they will not roll away. They also have a nice grip on them which makes them comfortable and easy to hold. Overall I am very pleased and give them five stars.

This is not my first Mr. Pen purchase of nonbleed Bible pens. I have another set I've been using that have caps that must be removed and I like them a lot. I purchased this set because I have increasingly arthritic fingers, wrists and hands which is making the capped pens more difficult and painful to use. So, I ordered these clickable pens and love them. It is difficult enough for me to write and even hold my Bible at times without that issue. Yes, I have digital Bibles but love the feel and readability of the written Word of God. This style pen has been a godsend to me. The pens are comfortable, do not bleed through even thinner pages and write flawlessly, very smoothly and the colors are beautiful and distinct enough if you like to code your notes or Scripture. I highly recommend these pens to everyone but especially to those who like me have difficulty with the pens with caps that must be removed.

They don’t bleed. But they do smear. Disappointed.

These pens are great! Light, fine, smooth, no bleed, with good grip. All colours are nice. I am always hesitant about the greens in assorted sets but this one is great! Thank you for adding a personal note K. ! It made me smile :))
