Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM), High Glucose, Ultrapure-Sterile.When supplemented with fetal bovine serum it is suitable for cell culture of most types of cells, including human, mouse, rat, monkey, hamster, chicken and fish cells. Supplemented DMEM is known to support the growth of primary fibroblasts, neurons, glial cells, human umbilical vein endothelial and smooth muscle cells. HeLa, 293, Cos-7, and PC-12 cell lines are routinely cultured using this basal medium. We offer custom bulk DMEM with varied formulations to suite any culture condition, order under custom products.
