Branch Adjustable Ergonomic Headrest Attachment

Absolutely love this chair. My only wish is that would go lower. I put some rubber wheels on it and can't get it all the way under my desk now. Still love it feels very well made and is very comfortable.

I really do like this but I have a few issues with it. 1. It doesn't go high enough for me. I am only 6' tall and yet the headrest only makes it to the base of my head. 2. My chair is black but the headrest on the back is all white. Doesn't really fit well with the rest of the chair. What I do like is that it looks nice, is fairly comfortable on my head/neck, even if it isn't high enough. Would I recommend this headrest addition for your chair? I would say if you are tall like I am, I would say spend more money and get a taller chair and then maybe get this. It feels more like a neck rest compared to a headrest but still does a good job.

This headrest is rather conflicting for me as it should be such a simple product that just needs to do a single task and make using the chair a little bit more comfortable. While it does do that task and while in use it is nice with no real worries to be had about built quality those worries show up when you are adjusting it, Where I could easily see a lot of people assuming their headrest came defective with the amount of wobble/instability it has especially for the price I paid of $59. Overall I like the headrest but most definitely not for anything more than $25-30 tops and it feels like highway robbery at double that for the build quality.

The inside edge of the headrest's mounting holes bisected the two backrest mounting holes, so looking through the headrest mount, you could see only the outside halves of the backrest's mounting holes! I am amazed that Branch hasn't error-proofed their process to prevent a customer ever seeing this, because one cannot help but question their competence once one has. I will seek a refund; certainly we wouldn't risk exchanging it for another turn in their barrel.

very comfortable and it's a must have if you like to lean back a lot. this doesn't look like much but it actually reduces the neck strain while sitting ergonomically. $60 is a bit expensive and a mandatory part like this should've come with the chair. which is why i deduct 1 star.
