Broken case
The product was ok but the case was broken and some of the nails were just loose in the envelope.

Low quality
The phrase you get what you pay for applies here. The price is great on these nail tips but the quality is not. They tend to crack easily but on the bright side you get a lot for your money so you can easily replaced ones that break.
