Insight Sidewalk A-Frame 30x20" Chalkboard Sign

I was delivered an already used, broken board. The A-frame was full of nicks, dents, and cracks in the wood. One of the legs looks like it came off and was reattached- out of alignement, and the chalk board itself was hastily cleaned. No where does it state that this is "refurbished" or "used" . Very upset about this!
