Portable Steam SAUNA

I bought one of these about 2months ago, and the vaporizater stopped working after just 15minutes of it's first use!!!When I wrote a complaint, the company sent me a replacement, but the tax fees where more expensive than the machine (in Costa Rica) and when it got here, it didn't even worked! Over a hundred dollars, for something I couldnt use! The electrical resistence, because they didn't even read my complaint! So it didn't work! AT ALL! Now, I don't know what to do, and I feel completly scamed. This is the reason, I just can't let anyone Make the same mistake I did, so DON'T BUY THIS! At all! And in stead try to look fot another brand.

The sauna is great, my wife loves it BUT the Steamer (Evaporator) is a piece of crap. It does not last, the insides start to get eaten away and you have to buy a new one. I've been looking for a new steamer only but can't seem to find just the steamer seems I may have to buy a brand new sauna.

I bought this item a while back and the worst thing about it to me was that I did not get the color I expected or wanted. I keep this in my room and use it quite a bit. I went to CVS and bout a little stool to sit on with a towel on top. If im sick or feel an illness coming on or just plain bloated il pop this baby on and sit in from of the tv with some water next to me. Everytime I work out I will use it. I may have over used the zipper and accidentally pulled one off.. but thats okay. I'm never returning it. Just be careful that you don't sit in it for too long. Don't sit to far against the back where the steam comes from because its hot. Definitly drink a lot of water before hand and after. Cvs Pharamacy sells Drip Drop in the babycare isle that you can add to your water. Definitly started up a new healthy habit with this. Hope you all enjoy one as much as I do.2019 Update- So, I tend to forget to wipe it down or let it air out or end up putting a micro hole in it and it can be fixed or glued or w.e but I tend to just get a new one because Im good at ruining things but this is still my go to sauna that il still sit in front of the TV with and have water or something. I really dont care what it looks like at this point. im just comfortable and familiar with it. And yes you can use your phone while in it but put your phone down sometimes and enjoy your life. I do have to order another sauna soon. I am 5' 3/4" and the stool I use is probably about 2 maybe 2 1/2 feet and i sit perfectly comfortable.

Steam generator started leaking after only the first time! So trashed it or else it would've been an electrical hazard. However love the sauna tent. I just pour a kettle of hot water into a large bowl and that generates a lot of steam in the tent. I just have to be careful not to tip it over.

Hot steam delivered to your entire body, is so relaxing. I would recommend the portable steam sauna to everyone; at such an economical price.

the day it came we tried to use it and it leaked. It would not hold air. The manufacture would not replace it ith one that was working. We were told to send it back, at our expense, and they would send us another. The price to send it back was $70.00 Don't get fooled Don't buy from this manufacture EVER1111111

This steam sauna is the best I've ever used! It is compact, goes up easily and does not leak! The steam is hot and continuous!! Great Product! EXCEPT --I have used this product now exactly 7 times and the steamer has stopped working!!! I AM SO DISAPPOINTED!! It was good but NOT WORTH ONLY 7 USES!!!!

Its perfect. Just what I needed.My health is bound up around this sauna. I am referring it to a whole lot of people. They never knew that there is such a thing as a portable inflatable sauna. easy to use and clean. I love it . Uses it every morning, seldom in the evening. Can fit in a small space. Very convenient.
