Broke less than a week after installing
This product is too heavy to actually attach to my window. As another poster said, I would need at least one more suction cup at the top to make it secure enough to fill, nevermind support a bird coming to eat. I instead hung it by the insanely long string that it came with and in less than a week, the metal cord broke. This bird feeder is junk.

I truly love this bird feeder
I truly love this bird feeder. It loads nicely and looks fine. It's durable plastic with area for the birds to perch. Got it hanging under cover so it's stay dry from the weather yet available for those hungry feather friends.

Terrible
Terrible. Will not stay on window. Needs a third suction cup up top. Hook broke off.

Needs more suction cups for points of attachment
Nice product idea. Definitely needs at least a 3rd suction cup. Kept slipping off. Even after using velcro to attach the top of the housing, the weight of the seed and the birds, and the weather caused the casing to fall off. I eventually added more velcro to have more points of contact and it has remained in place for several days now.

needs another suction cup, but a great feeder otherwise
I agree with some other reviewers that it needs another suction cup on the upper back. However, I attached a suction cup to the wire hanger and that way it stays up nicely on the window.
