Wonderful Dinosaur, looks nothing like the horse in the picture but a 4 year old little boy loves it and named it T Rex. It's amazing and should be pictured so people would buy it. Dinosaurs popular, Trojan horses not.

The Dinosaur's were a Christmas hit ! A 6 year old boy and his 3 year old sister had a ball with them. I hope to still see them around in the summer ...... fingers crossed. They were pretty easy to put together, the kids figured out the remote controls quickly and were playing in no time with no parental help ( thank you Amazon). The " realistic fire breath" was easy to make happen are to make reoccur. This toy gets 5 stars.

Front legs fall off, but easy to put back together. Overall a fun toy. The mouth spray feature was extra exciting for the kids.

This was a Christmas present for my youngest. It works good but the front arms keep popping off. They don't click in or stay. Looks like the part that clicks it in is worn. Maybe I got something used when it was supposed to be new....I don't know

Amazon delivered a product to my nephew in India that was missing a crucial part. I am based in the US and this was a birthday gift to a young child. As soon as I realized that the product was missing the part, I contacted Amazon DURING the return window to explain that the internal rechargeable battery was missing. This is a specialized battery that I cannot just buy myself. It was supposed to be included with the product. I understand that the remote batteries are not included but I'm not talking about those.. This internal battery was separate and should have been included (it's what the USB port charges). Since I contacted Amazon DURING the return window, I expected that I could at least return this if needed but the customer service agent told me to wait 4 days so that they could do an investigation. I contacted them today (as directed) but the return window expired on the 8th which was during the 4 days they told me to wait for their investigation. The customer service representative showed absolutely no empathy and was completely unhelpful. Samiya informed me that there was nothing they could do and that the product was delivered. ONLY PART OF THE PRODUCT WAS DELIVERED! She then cut off the conversation and left the chat without any resolution. I am furious and a loyal Amazon customer. Amazon India: I am absolutely appalled that I spent this much money on a gift and you blew me off when I tried to fix the problem that you guys caused. Now my poor nephew has a toy that doesn't even work and I am out a ton of money! I am seriously livid.
