These didn’t work for me slightly too hard and painful under foot.

I was very excited to see these for sale as I thought bthesw could be the answer to my issue with not being able to wear normal sandals as I need to wear orthotics. However, whoevered designed these does not know about tarsal tunnel or plantar fascitis caused by fallen arches. Your arches need support but the outside of your foot needs to be in contact with the shoe. These gel pads have a raised bit which goes right across your whole instep meaning your foot is not in the right position and its very uncomfortable on the outer edge of your foot. Please can orthotic manufacturers develop something for sandals which actual works and isn't obvious.

Very uncomfortable to wear. It does not help the problem at all, it actually difficult to keep them in the shoes

Tried in several pairs of shoes and wasn't comfortable in any of them.

Warum wird hier rumgemeckert...für das Geld sind die Teile 1a....und logisch....irgendwann werden sie auch schmutzig.Ich habe keine Plattfüße..aber zur Unterstützung im Pumpe...sehr gut.

vanno abbastanza bene sostengono il piede è un po' difficile posizionarli però si il loro lavoro lo fanno abbastanza bene.

l'été dans des chaussures ouvertes impossible de mettre des semelles orthopédiques aussi je mets ces demi-semelles dans mes chaussures ouvertes et ça va très bien

Ne maintient pas du tout.. pas assez épais mais de bonne qualité apparemment
