it works great. there is an issue with internet connection , i am using macbook pro m1 with it. if i do not use my laptop for some time, internet connection is lost (LAN) and i have to either unplug the adapter and plug it again or restart my computer. not ideal.

The ethernet port works well with a MBP16 with M4max chip. I couldn't get other generic usb-c to ethernet adapters to work with my MBP. This one is a winner, not to mention other ports available to the MBP.

Be careful with this product. It is not worth the over one hundred dollar price I bought it for. It worked ok for a few months. I attached it with my MacBook Pro M1 and used the HDMI port for an external monitor, the charging port for the Mac, the ETHERNET port for landline faster internet, one USB-C for a wired keyboard, and one USB-C for mouse sensor. I first noticed that I was losing internet connection so I would just restart the Mac and it went back to work fine. Then, it started happening more often. I was getting tired of this so I research what may be the reason this was happening. I found out that the chip in this program cannot handle all the connections at the same time. My Mac only has two USB-C connections so I left one attached to this product and moved the charger to the second USB-C connection on the Mac. This appeared to work fine for about a month. That's when I started noticing that the mouse started lagging. Short movements with the mouse were seen as long movements on the monitor. That's what I call lagging. I returned the charger to the product and attached the USB-C mouse sensor to that second USB-C directly to the Mac and the mouse went back to working fine. You can feel that the product heats up and that's probably because of everything attached to it. It's waste of money or only to be used with one or two docks, not with all of them. And if you only have one or two items to attach, there are cheaper options that work well. Save your money and invest on a Thunderbolt dock if you have more than one or two docks to attach to your computer. I assume that will work better since it carries it's own power supply. I just received the one I ordered and will see how that one works.

As promised works fast plug and play.I only needed to restart my M1 to recognaize it.

Werkt ... meestal ... prima, al heb 'k soms problemen bij het koppelen van meedere accessoires (de andere worden onderbroken). Een reset ? Misschien ligt het aan MacOS. 'k kan ook geen enkele firmware update vinden ...

This hub seriously damaged my MacBook Pro battery. After using it for only a short period, the battery became deeply discharged despite being plugged in and showing as “charging.” The laptop became completely unresponsive for hours. When it finally powered on again, the charging ports were unstable and now no longer work at all — not even with the original Apple charger. This hub has clearly caused hardware damage. I demand compensation. How can I get in touch with you directly about this? Avoid this product at all costs.
