The packaging is impossibly bad
The product itself may be fine. But the packaging is absurdly bad. The dropper does not have a hole for the product to come out. You have to either use a large pin/needle/safety pin to pierce the hard plastic or snip off the end. The cap is not screw on, it's snap off. But when you try to snap it off, you have to squeeze the bottle and the contents ooze out over everything. Such a shame. Could have bee a decent product. Now I'm stuck with three messy, oozy squeeze bottles I can't use.
