Damge and bad product
Extremely disappointed with this purchase. The product arrived damaged and was not working at all. The packaging was also in poor condition, which shows a lack of proper quality checks. The worst part is the after-sales service. I was denied both a return and a refund even though I received a defective product. Customer support was completely unhelpful and did not provide any resolution. This has been a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend buying this product or relying on the customer service. Very poor quality and even worse support.

Product Sold with Expired RD Subscription
I purchased this Mantra MFS110 L1 fingerprint scanner as a brand-new device from Clicktech Retail. After installation, the RD Service continuously showed update errors. I contacted Mantra Technical Support, and after verifying the device serial number, they informed me that the RD validity/license has already expired and advised me to contact Amazon because the product was sold by the seller. A new biometric device should not be delivered with an expired RD validity. As a result, the scanner is unusable for CSC/AEPS/Aadhaar authentication. I request Amazon and the seller to replace the product with a valid device or provide a refund. Buyers should verify the RD validity immediately after receiving the product.
