As Expected
I have to say, these cheese molds exceeded my expectations! The cheese turned out absolutely perfect, and I was particularly impressed with how both cheeses came out. I’m definitely planning to make more cheese using these molds in the future. However, I did notice one small issue that I think could enhance the overall experience. The followers that come with the molds could be ever so slightly larger. When I was pressing the cheese, there was a noticeable ridge around the edges, which happened because the follower didn’t quite meet the edge of the mold. A little tiny bit more size to the followers could help eliminate that ridge and give the finished product an even more polished look. Overall, though, I’m really pleased with the results and can’t wait to take my cheese making skills further!
