Animation Studio Hardcover – September 10, 2013

The concept of this is too cool to pass up.I purchased it for my 8 1/2 yo grandson for Xmas. Thought he and his dad would have fun doing this together. Haven't heard word yet from them about it, but I think it's awesome.Both his parents are into graphic novels, graphic arts, digital design, etc... This seemed perfect for them as a family project.Appeared to be sturdy and well made.Recommended for creative kids with an imagination, and likes fun but creepy monsters.

Bought this to use with Hue Animation Studio at our after school program. The kids loved it and created amazing movies using the backgrounds in the kit. The cutouts are so cute on the clay animations they really bring them to live. I ordered an second kit to use with my High Schools students in my Technology class. I can't wait to see what they create!

I purchased this item as a birthday gift for an 11-year-old boy who has recently been using his iPad and LEGOs to make stop-motion animation videos. The gift was a hit; he LOVED it! The price is very fair, and the product is great.

Exactly as stated. So much fun to look through--I am using it in my class to teach my students stop-motion.

OK - not the greatest. The book that came with it has some great information on stop-motion animation. But, there's nothing to explain how to use the studio, which is tough for a 9-year old to figure out.

Appears to be a good choice for a beginner in animation.
